Terms of Service

Last updated 2 November 2026. These terms are between you and GraziMap (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using GraziMap you agree to them.

1. The service

GraziMap is a web app for mapping farm paddocks, gates and infrastructure and keeping livestock, pasture and treatment records, with offline use and syncing between devices.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done using your logins, including any visitor login you share. Tell us straight away at contact@grazimap.app if you think someone else has your password.

3. Subscription and payment

• Your subscription starts when you sign up, on the plan you chose: Monthly at $30 AUD per farm per month, or Annual at $300 AUD per farm per year (the same as $25 a month), charged in advance to your card, and renews automatically until you cancel.
• 30-day money-back guarantee: if you’re not happy, email contact@grazimap.app within 30 days of your first payment and we’ll refund that payment in full and close the subscription. This applies to a farm’s first subscription only.
• You can switch between Monthly and Annual at grazimap.app/account.html. Changes take effect as shown there.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t receive or store your full card details.
• We may change the price with at least 30 days’ notice by email. The new price applies from your next billing date after the notice period.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel any time at grazimap.app/account.html. Your access continues until the end of the month or year you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Apart from the 30-day guarantee, we don’t give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Your data

The farm information you put into GraziMap belongs to you. You can export it any time in the app. We keep daily backups, but you should keep your own copies of anything critical. If your subscription ends, we keep your farm data for at least 90 days so you can come back or export it, after which we may delete it.

6. Using GraziMap properly

Don’t misuse the service — for example by trying to get into other people’s accounts, interfering with how it runs, or using it for anything unlawful.

7. Records and decisions

GraziMap is a record-keeping and mapping tool. Areas, distances and map imagery are approximate. Withholding periods and treatment details are only as accurate as what’s entered — always check product labels and your obligations (for example LPA and NVD requirements) yourself.

8. Availability

We work to keep GraziMap running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update or change features.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or paying for it to be supplied again.

10. Ending your account

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or isn’t paid, after giving notice where reasonable.

11. Changes to these terms

We’ll let you know by email before any important change takes effect.
